Ordering

  The ordering process begins with the completion and transmission of the Initial Order Form in which the Customer provides contact information and initial requirements for the speaker(s) he or she wishes to commission and purchase.

  Once this form is received, I will initiate direct communication via email and phone to finalise the requirements, design and cost.  These details will be documented and transmitted to the Customer for agreement and sign-off which will result in a formal agreement.  Finally, a deposit of approx. 20% of the final cost will be required via PayPal - see the FAQ page for more information - and production of the speaker(s) will begin.
